_Are you currently working in any organisation as an employee?

_Waking very early every morning just to get to work and be frustrated by your boss/co-workers, then return very late at night?

_Do you get stuck in traffic and get frustrated that you regret ever accepting that appointment letter?

_Do you work between 8am - 5pm weekdays, sometimes overtime just to meet organisational goals?

_Do you work even on weekends and not get fully paid for it?

_Do you get paid a paltry sum only once monthly that gets finished even before it hits your bank account?

_Do you ever feel the need to quit your job?

If you find yourself within any of the categories I've just mentioned, then this post is for you!

Listen up!

You'd have to quit your job!

If that's your decision, then congratulations, because your life is about to change!

Sorry, I lied!

Quitting your job now would do you more harm than good. Many business people/books would disagree...

I know!

Just follow me, gradually as I expound on this...

There are many people out there who would tell you to quit your current job and get another, or start a business and your life would make sense.

But listen to me, DON'T DO IT!
Yes, you read that right!

DON'T QUIT YOUR JOB!

My counsel:

Keep your job!
Keep waking up early!
Keep going to that place of work!
Keep doing all (legitimate) things it takes to make ends meet!

You know why?

Because there are a lot of people who'd suffer if you choose to quit now.

You have a family to cater for sir!
Ma, you're the one the children are hoping on!
Brotherly, your siblings are looking up to you!
Big Sis, don't let them down!

DON'T quit your current job to seek a better one if you don't already have another appointment letter (many fresh graduates are already warming up to replace you immediately!)

DON'T quit your job to start a business, especially if you don't have what it takes yet. PRODUCT, PEOPLE and PROCESS or in my native palance, SKILL, CONNECTIONS and MONEY! Hmmm like my friend would say, "You go hear Wheeem"! (Smiles) Every start-up entrepreneur would understand...

When next you're in traffic heading to work, don't think about how you'd have to go through all the stress and still get lashed-out at, by your boss. You'd get more angry!

Think rather about your wife and kids (if you're married), or your parents and siblings (if you're not), those who look up to you. Those whose interest your fight to protect everyday. Those whose well-being you strive to uphold everyday. And you'd smile because they haven't given up on you.
So why should you?

An European President, in one of his speeches said, "I don't want you to place my photo in your offices, place rather your children's! So that each time you get to work every morning, you'd be looking at the people your decisions today would affect! (Paraphrased)

Don't give up on your family!

Don't quit your job if that's all you have!
Don't quit your job to start a business because you're frustrated by low pays and boss troubles. You may as well soon get high BP when you start that business because you don't only have to bother about your boss's "wahala" and low pays but about customers' rejection and insults, no sales and no profits for months, suppliers disappointments and debtors refusal to pay! Haaaa

It's not funny o! Hmmm

This is certainly not to scare you but to let you know you don't have to quit your job to start a business, that's my point!

You could become an affiliate marketer.
Buy shares in a company!
Invest in something worthwhile...
You know all these things na!😁😁
