He asked me; how are you always able to put up such beautiful and inspiring write-ups?

My reply; Writing goes beyond just a profession, talent/gift or fun. it`s all-encompassing because even if you were gifted with the talent of the pen, you need some more efforts to arrive.

However, there are few tips (you can call it trick if you like) and of course secret of every captivating article especially (motivational articles) which every enlightened or in fact contemporary writer embraces to captivate and be able to command attention as well as being able to convince his/her audience on the particular issue he writes/speaks about.

Below are few of the tips.

• Think wide! think up topics to write on

• Ensure the topic is trending or relevant to time i.e. look up for contemporary issues of the society and write on it.

• Read extensively from sources bearing essential pieces of information to the said topic in order to gain advanced knowledge of the topic.

• Start strong but simple! also learn to use stories or experiences (esp. personal experiences) if any, in conveying your message

• highlight major points or food for thoughts to dwell on for your audience

• Ensure to indicate the solution to dilemmas or every challenge as pointed out in your discussion

• Add a question/answer menu in the list (optional)

• Conclude by telling your audience how relevant your point holds and try convincing them to see rational reasons with you.

In all, you should remember that the main purpose of motivational writing/speaking is in three dimensions;

• To highlight the natural/artificial challenges often encountered by humans’ esp. the society at large.

• To suggest possible measure to be taken in order to curb or resolve such challenges

• Lastly, but most importantly, to be able to persuade, or convince your audience into taking action in approaching such problems.
