Sleep Patterns Ruined.

Insomnia and Work.

It has been a few weeks now, actually ever since Christmas, I cannot get my sleep patterns back into order.

I used to get up at either 6am or 7am, but now I am sleeping in, staying awake all night and even sleeping through the day. I am really struggling to get a regular sleep pattern back and I do not want to turn to taking sleeping pills.

Hopefully, things will get back to the norm.

Writing this at 2.42am WIDE AWAKE!
