Why Switch to a Safety Razor

Sometimes Traditional is Better!

I switched to using a traditional safety razor about 3-4 months ago. Before that I used to use Gillette Mach razors with disposable razor cartridges. not only was this expensive with packs of 5 blades costing on average around £1.00 per blade. Not only was the expense an issue, but these razor cartridges were mainly made of plastic and not to mention the packaging.

With a safety razor, I pay less than £1 for a pack of 5 blades, I find the shave to be much cleaner and closer than the modern interchangeable head razors. So as well as a better shave, a much better price. And, the blades are not packaged in any type of plastic, making them much more environmentally friendly.
