And then there are these indentured servitude SCHEMES designed by economic hit men and women and financial saboteurs that ensure that workers are ultimately paid SO LITTLE over-all -- the average of all pay received for different time periods while contracted by THE SAME companies relative to the number of days workers had to be gone for work even if a work day meant only one hour or a few -- that it becomes very difficult, if not IMPOSSIBLE, to save enough money from said places to ever COMPLETELY sever ties.

(If remunerations were compared to food intake, it means that captive workers are intentionally NOT FED regularly and consistently, and are purposely and diabolically kept malnourished, undernourished, and WEAK so that they would never be able to gain enough strength to FLEE their workplace captors.

So EVIL!)

It is a business model SO unsustainable and untenable that the attrition rates do NOT lie.

And they SO give themselves away when they make it really obvious that what they want is A* LIFE**

Independence

Freedom

Emancipation

for their workers OUTSIDE the workplaces to be SO marginal, if not non-existent, for they are NOT Forces of Increasing and Improving The Quantity and Quality of A* LIFE**

They prey on workers and cunningly and gallingly have them absorb MANY costs of running the contracting companies' businesses when workers are actually W2 employees in practice but are deliberately misclassified as 1099 contractors for the purposes of tax evasions, labour law violations, and ALL SORTS of nefarious reasons.

Also, large gaps are INTENTIONALLY put in place in-between actual working days and non-working days using all kinds of valid or FEIGNED pretexts that workers have NO control over.

These unnecessarily cause work stoppages and DELAYS that workers CANNOT readily remedy because they're actually W2 employees but are being deliberately lied to as 1099 independent contractors.

Because if they were REAL independent contractors, they would easily -- with emphasis on EASILY -- wash their hands OFF these non-performing or very underperforming supply chain COMPONENTS and substitute them with more reliable ones TEMPORARILY or replace them PERMANENTLY.

But because they're not REAL independent contractors, they are STUCK, and brainwashed and deceived into thinking they DON'T have viable, feasible choices!)

Thus, workers are FORCED to live paycheck-to-paycheck because they have to live on immediately whatever they made the prior compensation period, whether decent or paltry (which it usually is), instead of being able to keep some buffer in the bank and letting them sit to be stretched, which is what would happen if the non-worker-caused stoppages and delays, which are noticeably too many, did not occur so often.

These are the kinds of jobs that only retirees, certain but not all semi-retirees, hobbyists, and the independently wealthy (enough -- as if) could afford to take.

And there is nothing wrong per se when these are actually the case.

HOWEVER, regular people who do NOT have multiple streams of income could realistically not actually AFFORD to work in perennially cost-burdening -- money-and-time-wise -- places such as these for the short-term, mid-term, and in the long-run, much less INDEFINITELY!

As one resignee who balked and walked put it, "I am not rich enough to ride it out," referring to the palpably intolerable gaps between paid working days and the unpaid non-worker-caused stoppages and delays.

Therefore, contracting companies who have known these pay instabilities and very foreseeable unproductive days all along but have chosen to withhold them in order to recruit workers are liable for fraudulent CONCEALMENTS.

They break their backs, and they bleed them DRY.

And they do it all SO remorselessly!

The most galling ones among them even have the nerve to ask "WHEN" workers would be back -- proving that the expectations of the latter's return dates are INTEGRAL to the operations rather than them being mere supplemental free agent floaters/appendages who tend to have more delegating and sub-contracting latitudes -- when they haven't even been paid EVERYTHING they've already earned!

So you have this RIDICULOUS charades of entities pretending to be sensible, legitimate businesses with workers who THINK they're small businessmen and women -- because they've been MISLED by dubious labellings that they are -- but are actually deliberately and consistently misclassified as 1099 independent contractors when they're actually W2 employees in practice.

And when these entities are WITHIN very close proximities -- 7 miles or LESS -- to what has been described by a leading business newspaper as a holy war hotbed, then you have to wonder WHAT ELSE these tainted fruits of worker exploitations ARE actually financing!

If you don't want your wrongdoings alluded to and EXPOSED, then STOP DOING THEM.

And you know you hate America when you HATE American workers!
