RE: Blue Light from computer screens and how it affects us | How to Filter Blue Light in Windows 10

I remember last year, I was quite addicted to the tv show "FRIENDS". I don't know if you're familiar with it. The show was really funny and the characters are just hilarious so I often watch it the entire day not minding the time or even the need to eat. Ughhh, imagine the eye strain. I can't sleep at night, which made me watch the show even more haha. Well, after that, I tried to lessen my series watching because it makes my head hurt. I wear prescription glasses, still, I experience headaches. I visited my ophthalmologist and he told me I need to upgrade my glasses and I think the reason might be because I spend most of my time watching movies and etc. Lesson learned, I don't spend that much time in front of the computer in comparison to what I usually do before. This comment is getting out of topic haha . Useful post @josejirafa! Will try doing that now. :)

I love friends! I happen to share the same experience. I used to have the entire tv series 1 to 10 in an ipod and i would watch it every night for maybe 2-3 episodes before i went to bed. Of course its supposed to be an episode only but results to an hr lol. I would find myself having dffuculty sleeping by then. Glad I eventually learned my lesson coz of the consequences lol.

Thanks for dropping by!
