5 year Blurt plan

From 1 million BLURT in January, I've added one sixth of a million this year. At that rate, in 5 years (top of the next crypto cycle) I'll have 2.5 million BP. How much might that be worth in dollars?

You may recall, it was a struggle, but I managed to hit the 1,000,000 BP point on January 1st 2024.

During the past 12 months, I've decided to take a slower pace, and focus on my life a bit more. I'm posting when I have something to say, but not feeling obligated to create content. I'm keeping up with my curating, being in the top 15 by amount earned, so that provides a steady income. And of course, there's the compounding interest (inflation). All in all, it seems I was able to grow at about 17% this year.

Popping that into a quick calculation and it means I'll hit 2,500,000 BP in five years - which should be during the peak of the next bull market.

As I recently said, now is a good time to own BLURT, because the next 12 months should be quite exciting for our token and community!

That flash-crash in the price the other day has already been left behind, and we're trading at 0.0033 USD, just as I said:

So we're headed up with the altcoin market, which is just starting to kick off now, and expected to continue for 12 months or more.

BLURT looks likely to get really exciting sometime around August 2025, and hit a peak a few months after that.

How Much?

We got above 0.04 USD last time, in 2021. We're starting off at about the same price now, and have a solid track record built up, so we should get to at least that much this time. I wouldn't be surprised to see BLURT worth a dime each by next November.

Have you been through a bull market on the blockchain? Things get pretty exciting. Not just for a minute, but for weeks, months, for more than a year. It's not just the price, it's the number of active users, it's the overall mood of people, it's quality of content, it's size of payouts, and so on. Everything feeds on each other and it becomes a positive feedback cycle.

But to be conservative, say BLURT hits 0.07 in 2025. It seems fairly easy for it to then be at 0.1 USD and beyond by the time the next bull market peaks in 2029.

So to answer my question about a 5 year plan, I should have about 2,500,000 BP then, and they could be worth somewhere around $250,000 USD.

That's in the vicinity of buying a house, if I continue to put in a moderate effort on Blurt for another 5 years. You'll recall that my current holdings are the result of content-creation on crypto and related topics going back to 2013, so we're talking about a payout for a full-time job spanning 17 years.

Well, that's my plan, at least right now. I intend to post and comment when I feel like it and have something to add. I'll curate in a slightly lazy way that still supports good content. I'll hold through the coming bear market, with the goal of 2.5 million by late 2029, and a payout well into the 6 figures.

I think that plan supports this blockchain and community, while being a realistic and attainable way for me to finally realize my goal of monetizing my career of creating content.
