The price of BLURT has never been better! New all-time low!

Today, the price of BLURT hit a new all-time low, meaning it's the best time EVER to buy BLURT tokens! No matter if you price it in fiat currencies like US dollars, or in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, BLURT's price is the lowest it has ever been. Look at that stellar dropoff about an hour ago! From 0.0022 to 0.0015 in a single trade. I guess someone else decided to sell their wallet. Those of us left holding the BLURT bag now have even less market cap to compete over, with a total value in the currency below $100,000. (Our sister chain's value is $135,000,000 today, for comparison.) I've put in more than $20,000 myself (current value $1500), not to mention 2 full years of full-time creation and curation.

But maybe this is just a buying opportunity. After all, the price has never been better (for a buyer). And let's not forget, crypto prices are very volatile, and amazing things can happen. BLURT could go up x100 literally overnight! If it does, it will be just over its previous all-time high.

So, yeah, a buying opp. A really deep, really long buying opp. With Bitcoin near its all-time high. Hmmm.

Actually, the chart (and situation) are very similar to when I got involved back in early 2022. "This is a buying opportunity" and "put your money where your mouth is" and "power up to earn more rewards" were the mantras of the day. People without stake were (and still are) seen as freeloaders, just earning and taking from the platform. If you buy BLURT and power it up, you gain influence! You earn more! Your vote has more weight! You get a say in how the platform is run! Without stake you're impotent. I wasn't welcome on Hive thanks to the downvote cabal who felt threatened by my content, so I moved my savings to BLURT, and powered up to benefit the platform and myself.

If I had just sat on that money, I'd have 2 years of my life back, not to mention tens of thousands of dollars my family could really put to good use. I could feed my kids, and I could get myself better medical care. Alas.

But that just inspires me to hope for the future. Sure, a kid with a paper route could come along right now and buy more BLURT than I've been able to earn in 12 years. Fair enough! And that's actually happening. I'm down to #50 or so on the "richlist" (which stopped working a while back), from about #40 a year ago. I've worked my ass off for a year, only to lose ground on the platform. At this point, all I can do is hope for a price reversal!
