This is the Jamaican national Dish let's talk about Ackee first .
It's a fruit that grows seasonal here in Jamaica it's as a pinkish ,red outer part ,but that part is not the delicious fruit but when it opens you will see a yellow like fruit inside with a black seed on the top . To me it kinda looks like a man dwl. It has many health benefits and uses .Digestive Problems
The ackee fruit is rich in fiber, which can help regulate bowel elimination by adding bulk to your stool and and helping quick passing of stool through your intestine . Fiber can also help lower your risk of bloating, cramping, constipation and inflammation of the colon. It may also help reduce bad cholesterol levels, thereby helping boost heart health.

Ackee is rich in potassium, which is a known vasodilator. It works by opening up (dilating) your blood vessels so that your cardiovascular system will not work too hard. This can help reduce the risk of atherosclerosis and damage to your blood vessels.

This can be enjoyed many ways even Ackee in seasoned rice .
