It has been years since I read WOT, and I am not sure if I did get to read all 13 of them or not. It will be interesting to see if a TV series will fit the stories. Sometimes they do good with books, most often not so good, but with the series being so old it may bring more readers to Robert Jordans works.
Yeah a lot of viewers will be hearing of the series from the TV series itself. It would definitely encourage readers. Any time I tell people that The Game of Thrones series is actually from a novel collection, they are like wow, can I get a copy?
I think the sword of truth was a flop, though popular in my part of the world when it came out. I also feel bothered that the similarities between Goodkind's story and Wheel Of Time might make the unknowing lose interest in the series when it comes out but I am hoping that Amazon will do a great job and give us a superb viewing.
