FUN READING

Reading is my favorite thing to do. Whether I am bored or not—I AM READING. There is a huge difference between being obliged to read and liberating yourself to read whatever you want. By and large, my profession involves reading and sometimes, just sometimes, it bores me. If you are obliged to read something, you are forced to read the things that are not pleasing to read and you have no other choice than to do your job (whether you LIKE it or you should LIKE it).
On the other hand, what makes reading fun? Well, allow me to justify why it’s FUN. For me, it is fun because it would take me to imagine the things that the writer wants to relay. Predominantly, I love reading classic books may be it comedy, drama, tragic, and mystery. At one time, out of my curiosity, I crossed the border of my reading. I try to read a very funny yet educational book. I really don’t know where on Earth I got the strength to read it. Not my typical book to read, though. I just tried. This time, I allow myself to explore and read the books that I don’t usually read. My workmate introduced this book to me. I thought I would not be having on reading it BUT mind you this is such a humorous book.
The book is Anguished English by Richard Lederer. It is a book that compilation of the wrong usage of English Language in a different manner.

English is politically known as our universal language. It is also the medium that is used in every academic textbook in the world today. Basically, everyone has the knowledge to use it in the proper manner. In this book, however, you could see how the English Language has been violated.

I just captured some of the funniest mistakes that people tend to tolerate and used. I will not spoil anything from the book. I guess, all I need to do is to recommend this book to you. Just don’t take everything seriously and have fun on reading it. I will not write anything about this book. I am NOT a big SPOILER. So better read it and enjoy laughing out loud.
