I know a darker shade of magic, a lot of noise made about this book and I understand the fact that the book portrays magic, but ended up not really giving us anything thrilling, it's definitely a 5m4/10 for me, the plot doesn't seem too bad really and it's because I feel the writer could've done so much better with his plot instead of so many repetitions in the book, nevertheless the hype sold this book.
