Dear Friend,

I hope this post finds you well and with your numbers on the ascent. I was just down at the Power Plant and was clued in on the notion that the people who get on disability get a tax exemption that may even apply when they purchase real estate, and I got to thinking. I thought that if it appealed to you, you might have your accountants run the numbers.

As the economy faces the encroaching "Silver Tsunami" it is a point of fact that the government is paying old people without family to die alone in nursing homes. Seems that might be the path I'm on, matter of fact. If these people are entitled to tax exemption on real estate purchases, here's what we do...

We contract with the target demographic to purchase their death-home, where their obligation is to will the property to us (Cycle of Life Estate Management - CLEM) upon their demise (theoretically the exception outweighs any estate tax). They get to not die in a nursing home, we avoid some taxes and get a house. Clearly, there will be a need for live-in nursing staff.

As the homes become vacant, we then offer them as a perk-of-employment to the nursing staff lowering the amount of wages that need flow out the door. Life-Cycle nursing... did I mention that part?

We'll acquire the neighborhood near the nursing homeschool, which will have in-house day care. That way, our nurses are environmentally familiar with caring for the entire age-range of the population. While we'll reduce the number of those dying alone in at least our nursing homes, there are levels of care that require centralized equipment and extended periods of rehabilitation. This we will position by the day care, quite simply because I have some notion that it does those both those at the end of the their road and the beginning of their road a measure of good to be around each other.

Once we have neighborhoods housed by our people, I'd like to try out another community project. I have this notion that if you had enough backyards, where say Jane grows potatoes and I grow tomatoes, there'd be enough to launch a Growing Community restaurant.

It's like you hear about establishing ownership of each stage of production and distribution of a consumer product, only instead of production and distribution it is the human growth and development Life Cycle.

Anyway friend, that's my Tuesday morning. Hope you're well :)
