Yes, 1524851 was the timestamp of the announcement post, 17352984 the timestamp of the last power down.

When is the next weekly curation reward payout?
Hi @joele, next payout will happen today. Our script relies on SteemData, but unfortunatly SteemData is not uptodate (last delegation information in SteemData is from 17-11-23, so we need to calculate it manually.
