Boost Mobile Complete Caller ID failure
So this past month we decided to switch phone companies
We decided to switch to Boost Mobile and boy do I regret it. First of all the service is Slow when you are connect to the internet, they download apps without permission after you activate your service. I could understand a system upstate of their app update, but when it is downloading apps like the Wish app and crappy gaming apps that I didn't ask for, it is annoying to have to go and delete everything and there is no way to stop the download you have to wait two hours for it to finished before you can even delete it. But I am home most of the time so the slow internet connection, and the downloading apps and crap I could over look. But there is one thing I can not over look and that is the call ID failure.
I called my insurance agent to talk to her about something
I left a message because she didn't answer, but called me back a couple of minutes later to tell me why she didn't answer, it was because my name with my phone number came up on her caller ID as Fuk You. I asked her if she could screen shot it and everything goes directly into the computer and when a voicemail gets left the Call ID information along with the message goes to an email box so she was able to easily forward me the proof that my number is coming up as Fuk You. I did block out part of my phone number so crazy people don't call me.
So I went to Twitter to complain
But Twitter keeps removing the post, so I decided to make a post here on Steemit then I will share it to Twitter, I am sure the reason they keep deleting the tweet is because of Fuk You being in the tweet, but what am I suppose to do to get Boost Mobile's attention. I called but they didn't take me serious said they would fix it but it would take days. I am upset, because now I know why my return calls to potential customers haven't been answered. I wouldn't answer either if the caller ID said Fuk You. I think they should compensate me a month of service at the very freaking least but I would have be at least partial satisfied if they would have at least apologized and made a commitment to figure out why and how that happened.
Going back to my former Cell Phone company when this service is done
Screw you Boost Mobile, I am going back to Metro when this service is up, you might have ruined my business and you for sure harmed it.
This is ridiculous!!! I've never heard of such a thing!!!
All I can think of is that they gave you a used phone that was formerly owned by somebody calling themselves that and didn't clean out all of the information before selling it to you.
Either that or the company has perverted employees working for it.

That sucks. I hate bad business ethics. Companies do not seem to care about the customer anymore. Call the news station. They will help you before your business is ruined.
