FRIENDS-MINNOWSBOT is back

This first assessment of the requests for a 0.020 vote is mixed.
The bot reaches saturation and needs to recharge as a percentage of VP in order to vote at the value of 0.060 in X3.
I keep the two upvote options at 0.010 and 0.020 but I would keep a percentage in VP at least 80% to vote.

Thank you to reread the rules of this bot, I still receive requests for a vote over 0.020 and publications over 3 days.
