Abuse reports is not policing. It is just providing information. This information is freely available on the blockchain. If you have deserving posts, you have nothing to worry about. If it comments on your post, just explain why the large upvote came late or whatever. Or do nothing and just let people assess on their own. If your content is good, you might even get an extra upvote from them.
