Here comes the sun 🌞 …….. and the heat! 😅

Happy Sunday everybody! 😇

Five years ago, we were in an unprecedented heat wave. This was the outlook of the day…..

Whew! 😅 It makes me hot just looking at this! Today, this is the outlook……

Seems like it would be cooler-right? It’s all perspective; you see just last week, we had a fire in the wood stove. It was rainy and cloudy and cool! Now add heat and humidity-well you can see they issued heat advisory, so you know it’s bad. That’s the thing about where we live-you get zero time to acclimate to the temperatures here! 😏 We did actually see 91 degrees on the car’s thermometer this afternoon. Our house is equally situated between Everson and Sumas so the weather is the same regardless. I’m ready for fall already, lol!

Church was awesome today! Pastor Kyle is anointed and delivers the Word with heartfelt passion. We are so blessed to be attending this church!

The afternoon saw us heading to Walmart as we were out of protein bars. 🙀 We picked up a cute little outfit for baby granddaughter Olivia. We are so looking forward to seeing her this upcoming weekend! 😍

My steps for today:

Tomorrow sees me headed back to the oral surgeon to see if the root canal repair they did back in March was a success and if my jawbone has healed from the infection. I think I’m pretty sure of the answer, but will wait for confirmation or not. 🦷
