We’ll leave the light on for you!

I purchased a few weeks ago, a solar powered bird feeder, along with a pole and a squirrel guard. The weather has not been conducive to actually going out and getting it put up. So yesterday, it was-well sort of. The pole is ready to go, but due to an impending wind storm, I didn’t want to hang it on that pole. So instead, I opted to hang it under the eaves of the house out back where it would be somewhat protected. As soon as the daylight was gone, it turned on displaying a lovely pattern. I’ll be able to see it out the kitchen window once it gets moved.

Ladies Bible study this morning was lovely! We spent time in the first half of Romans chapter 3. It was a good time of fellowship and sharing of the Word.

Once home, @silvertop and I headed back out. I needed to get the mail for the clinic. The city has completely destroyed the street it’s on for improvements. The only way to get to the post office and drive into what has been described to me as “the hole” or to park behind the post office in a gravel area for the semi trucks that deliver to the grocery next door. Suffice it to say, it’s a totally muddy mess right there. 🙄

I took pictures from the back side, so it might be hard to tell, but suffice it to say that the entire street looks this way! I can't imagine living on it right now and trying to get out to go to work or wherever! You need 4WD!

Then we set out to Safeway in Lynden to pick up a few items we needed. Here are some random photos from the archives. Enjoy!

My steps for today:

Tomorrow is work and honestly, I’m dreading it. I’m tired of being stressed all of the time, trying to do the work of what is really two separate jobs. I know the doc knows I need help, as he acknowledged it a couple of weeks ago, but unfortunately, he is slow, slow, slow to act. 🙄
