"DAZED AND CONFUSED!"😳............................NORTHWEST ADVENTURES! 😀

“Dazed, and confused!”😳
I guess it’s all a matter of your perspective!😇
Just after lunch, a light snow started falling at our house!😮
The Azaleas in Silvertop’s front yard are not concerned, they have started budding, they think Spring has arrived!☺️
From the valley you can see that the Mountains are covered in a layer of white!
As Silvertop started hiking up our old logging road, higher and higher, towards one of his favorite trailheads……..the snow was completely gone!😳
How can that be you ask!🤔
Depending on what part of the Country you are from, you might hear teams like…………….
“Convergence Zone”, or Silvertop’s favorite from back in the Midwest, “Snow Belt!”☺️
For “Flat-landers”, as you drive North, it’s the latitude that you have a high probability of getting snow in the winter!🥶
For the Mountains of the Pacific Northwest, it gets a bit tricky Lol!🤔
Take my road, it’s a consistent uphill climb to the trailhead!😅
Halfway up my road, near the logging clearcut, we most definitely have a “Convergence Zone”!🥶
Down lower by 250 feet Silvertops home can be completely free of snow and ice, but back up by the logging clearcut, they could have deep snow!😮
Strange huh…………🤔
Even stranger, just keep hiking further uphill on my road, and when you reach the pond, it’s back to Springtime!😎
So on this Winter/ Spring day, Silvertop gets to experience two distinct seasons on the same road, on the same day!😇
