PEPE, wanted to show Liz some of the new roads that the loggers had just recently cut on the Mountain………….
My green friend lead the way up one of our neighbors driveways that lead higher up to the “new” logging site!😊
“Silvertop, do you really think PEPE knows where he is going!”🥰
“Pale Lady Silbertop……..PEPE is bery experienced hiker, I know ALL da Mountain trails!”🐸

“Liz he’s usually OK on Summer hikes, as long as we make a “Pit Stop” along the way in a nearby creek or pond Lol!”😇😅
Silvertop was thinking that we would see a crew of Loggers, each with a handheld chainsaw working for weeks logging this Mountain!🤔
I really didn’t expect to see a saw attached to an excavator like in the fifth photo! Check out that chainsaw blade!😮
So far we are seeing four homesites…….
The sixth photo doesn’t even give it justice!
Just beyond this very thin veil of trees, is the edge of the Mountain, with a straight down drop to the valley below!
I talked to the neighbor that lives within several hundred feet of the sixth photo…….
“Jerry, it looks like you will have neighbors close by!”🙄
“Oh…no… Silvertop that’s not a homesite, that’s a “Landing pad” for logs that they are going to pull up the hill from below!”

“Liz, it really looks like a cul-de-sac, a very secluded expensive homesite!”😇
I hope Jerry will be OK with neighbors!
