Running out of matches for our wood stove, or “Real Summertime” Lol!😇😎
Water, water, everywhere my friends!😅
Last week I was mowing the yard with shorts and no shirt with the temperature in the 80s! Today Silvertop was shivering, wearing two sweatshirts!🥶
Fresh snow this morning on the Mountains, and a stiff breeze was blowing from the North ……………..
This is like putting a fan behind a block of ice…..Brrrr!😬
“Liz, no more rain for eight days, and the forecast for Sunday is a High of 64°F with nothing but sunshine!😎
Even with a bit of clouds going into next week, we usually have lots of Sunshine for at least part of the day!👍☺️
Noon brought one more hard dump of heavy rain……… and then it was over!😅😇
Both Liz and Silvertop were getting accustomed to much warmer temperatures, so we decided to make today a shopping day!😊
You can see that haying has already started, with fields dotted with large round white bales!
Silvertop snapped a photo of a horse pasture filled with “Yellow Buttercup” and a telephone pole leaped into the center of photo Lol!😇🤣
This is actually considered a noxious weed in Washington, and is not very good for horses to eat!🙄
It was nice to see the sky dotted with fluffy white cumulonimbus clouds, and you can see their shadows crossing the Mountain sides!😊
Back home, Silvertop unloaded Liz’s car, and struck one of our last matches to light a tiny fire, just enough to take the chill away!☺️
Cot and Cyle assumed they’re normal spots close to the warm wood stove!😻
“It’s good to be home Liz, and it’s even better that the Sun is back!”😎
Everyone have a wonderful Sunday, I am hoping to soak up some Sun, and vitamin D tomorrow!😎🤗
