Some more pics of the sheep brain dissection from earlier this morning!

Above is my friend Kayla making the coronal cut on the sheep brain. To do this you have to freeze the brain. This makes it much easier to work with. You also have to stain it with a dye so the brain structures are much easier to see and locate. We had to drop pins to locate certain parts of the brain which can be seen below.
