Belly expands, alveoli waking

Creating space between body and thoughts

Illuminated

Emancipated

Full of life & breath & hope

then.... almost too soon....

Fleeting, slipping, moving on, letting go

Finding ease, yet remaining strong & stable

Until finally....

Stillness.
