Since I am not a reddit user, I don't know much about what goes on there but it seems t is pretty easy there to change history by altering the narrative after the fact. Yeah, harder on an immutable blockchain.

This also points to other issues that are going to get more and more common as the space gets increasingly crowded with a hell of a lot more money. The undermining of projects and spreading of FUD by faceless critics is going to get incredible bad. Then, introduce the government ghosts into the mix and it is going to get a lot messier again.

One problem with anonymity is that people are free to act nefariously with very little space for recourse.

Yeah, hopefully some SMT's like the Good Person Token can be an important factor in decided trust. The reputation system on Steem right now sure proves nothing.

It is going to be interesting how various tokens can influence behavior. I wonder if there will be one that will require verification of some sort.
