Broccoli helps to protecting blood vessels from damaging.Broccoli protect our skin and make our skin healthy and bright. Broccoli is also great for weight loss because it is rich in fiber. We can cook broccoli with chicken,beef etc. and it with rice.we can also make broccoli soup,which is really good for health.
