It looked like market manipulation. I'm new to looking at these charts but on the depth chart the dip looked unnaturally quick and seemed to coincide with a similar dip in Litecoin - I'm guessing someone wanted to acquire some more.
The exchanges went down at the same time. Maybe their market maker bots got turned off at the same time and rug was pulled?
