I completely disagree with him, first of all ICO´s are not dead, far from it, they have been gaining a very positive reputation while we were asleep in this bear market.
And then I find it very unlikely that the second biggest coin in crypto won´t be exploding, so many times, that won´t take out its ATH.

But all points are appreciated, and I thank you for bringing his posts to my knowledge. It makes us see a different perspective on things.
