BTC what will happen?

Can the bulls keep going?
The sentiment and volume profile seems to have changed the past few weeks.
The volume has picked up bigly, could this proceed a big price move?
The whipsaw action seems like shake outs before a higher move to me.
The dips are being bought up and strong with nice volume.
