In my opinion that is because volume of SBD is greater than Steem on exchanges, may be i am wrong but this is how i think.
Obviously, but there is Bot who are suppose to peg the SBD to the usd and that should bring the steam up.... but they definitely don't do their job 😂
Oh, i was unaware of this Bot stuff, by the way thanks for this interesting news.
