Sometimes at the last minute, there are rush people will bid that's why your expected vote will not come in to pass. Maybe there are some people who also bid at last moment. That's why you didn't get your expected vote. The bot will never make a mistake cause it's programmed well to vote. Thank you, I hope you understand. I'm not @buildawhale but I just understand how the distribution happened.
@minage27 Remember I told you that the value of the votes can go down or up, depending on the value of the steem and the sbd just like they draw an average, you can have a publication with a potential value of $ 50.00 and as the coins go down it can go down to $ 30.00 but I could go up anyway.

You first upvoted me with the 3,81% then took it back and re-upvoted me later on with a lower %.
During this event, I lost a few $ worth of upvotes.

I will look into it, but right now Steem is having a lot of issues due to the primary node https://api.steemit.com is acting up.

I can see it double voted you, but the actual vote is the same due to rounding issues with Steem. I have switched nodes as Steemit Inc's node is basically unusable. This is also why Steemit.com is acting up with voting, commenting, resteeming, posting, and just even loading a page right now.
Okay but I just lost 3$ of upvote value compared to the 1st vote.
Let's forget it but it is a bit annoying (not only your fault but Steem's one obviously).

I am ashamed to say that vast majority of the names are Indian sounding ones.
Just in case if you are wondering why it so, India doesn't implment copy right laws and there is no data privacy laws in place.
