Of course you are responsible for "other peoples actions", if you are making steem/money with them via delegation.
You will never have a downvoting situation with me if you would stopp "your action" with downvoting accounts.

These down-votes are due to you down-voting comments from my alt account which sole existence is to generate income to delegate to a another alt account which does curation only. You have it set up on automatic down-vote. The account in question is @scilwa. @scilwa has never down-voted anyone. I see you receive votes from SBI...that is the only way @scilwa generates income. When I comment is left on my original account's blog it does not get a vote from me.
Take @scilwa off of auto-down-voting, and focus on creating something of quality for steemit.

Scilwa got the downvotes due to his delegation, because they are downvoting me for nothing. and if you get upvotes from SBI System, why you support mmmmkkkk311 then, who has the aim to destroy the SBI-system??

I removed all the down-votes. If I miss any let me know. It may not hurt you based on the SP you have, but it is the principle for me. I am checking my main account to see if anything is delegated to the idiot mmmmkkkk311, because I do not support his tactics. If you check on my main account and my discord community curating account (@dsc-r2cornell) you will see who I am. When I am wrong I am wrong. I feel terrible I did this. I should have just asked you instead of going off. again please accept my apologies.

Please if you down-vote others for the same reason let them know the reason. I would have fixed this immediately like I did when the SBI moderators told me. Check the thread in the help channel on their discord channel and you will see where they showed me today at 4:05 my time.
To @scilwa -like to everybody who delegated to this destructive mmmmkkk311, who started downvoting me because of SBI-upvotes i got for comments- i wrote:

Maybe i should have written also, that this account has the aim to destroy the SBI-system.

Now i do my curations with 160 k SP, write some comments, delegate 100 K SP, some for free to certain accounts and projects, some via dlease for ROI.
"Via dlease": i try to check the accounts i am delegating to, but of course you never can be sure what they are really doing with delegated SP then, but had no problems so far with that.
I do not make downvotes usually, content-upvoting ist much better, i have more than 50.000 upvotes given now, all of them without the automatic funcion.

I moved or am in the process of moving all my sbi units to my curation account. I have been dropping delegations for those I do not know (through Minnow Booster) and delegating to @dsc-r2cornell. It is easier and I need the VP for the curation account. I should have checked these people more closely, especially when the idiot was down-voting my regular account. My SBI vote is so large that the $.18 down-vote did not seem all that important.
I bought this user name from a charity I used to work for. They needed money fast so I bought all the steem and SP. When my regular account's SBI units got too large I started using the @scilwa. account.
I am no longer buying SBI units, instead I delegated NEOXAG after talking with SBI moderators and @josephsavage.

The idiot dont care, he is on a crusade:). But with 160 k he maybe will not reach the holy land:)
But what can we do?
First: write/downvote to delegators to his account , thats what i tried, the i will have 150 k.
Second: if he write own posts/comments, downvote him.
Third: everybody, who gots a downvote from the idiot should write a reply in his blog (somelike why a are you downvoting me, please give me the reason?)and we can upvote this replies.
Fourth: if you see the downvoted ones, give them a upvote.
Maybe he stopps his systemic destruction attitude then.

I just found out that Sp was delegated to mmmmkkkk311. That was through minnowbooster. SBI moderators found it and cancelled the delegation. I sure wish you would have told me the reason. Many delegations were in effect for a long time and do not pay attention to the user. Now that I know the reason I do apologize. My frustration is with mmmmkkkk311. I was under the impression that you were part of his team. I will go back and take back the down votes. I am sincerely sorry.

Of course it could happen that somebody abuse delegated SP, and then its time to remove the delegation.
