• For young engineers( and i say young people generally); look for experience. You are only as valuable as the value you can give. If you can, work while you’re in school. It is better to graduate with an extra year and have work experience than to graduate without experience.
• Learn. Learn as much as you can.

Embedded in the golden statements up there are nuggets you will not be opportuned to get with money alone - experience has alot to teach and life has a bunch of experience in stock, make good use of it, never be weary.
