Herbs have been used since ancient times.Even in those times, people used to treat with herbs.
herbs are used in cooking and some herbs are used in medicines .because there is no sight effect and several benefits.about 50 to 80 thousands herbs we used in plants in culinary and some herbs we used in medicines in world wide.
Let's move towards and starts our topic
Herbal tea preparation prepare a herbal tea for digestion or stress/anxiety Documenting the steps proportions,and effect felt after drinking them?
The use of herbs in life is very important not only for flavour in food but also for staying healthy .because there is no sight effect.herbs naturally contain vitamins and minerals .it's very beneficial for human health.
I will be making for herbal tea to get relief from stress and anxiety

I am using paper mint leaves.wash the mint leaves before the used .

Put two cups of water in a thin saucepan and bring to a boil.then add mint leaves
,cardamom.ginger,cloves ,cinnamon stick .When two cups of water become close to one cup .Let it cook for four to five minutes.After that, flame off.

Then strain the herbal tea.And take out all the tea in the cup.add one table spoon of honey.now herbal tea is ready.to cook .
It's has natural stress booster and it's natural digestion .cardamon can improve your mood.It also reduces our weight.and also herbal tea existed in Vietnam c and also it's improved sooting the stomach of chronic diseases.
Green cardamon
Green Cardamom has been used in cuisine since ancient times.It not only digests food but also realise gas.i am using green cardamom powder after meal.cardamom reduced stress and anxiety and depression.
Cinnamon stick
Cinnamon stick plays a very important role in improving the digestive system.It prevents gas and bloating.It speeds up the metabolism of the body.Cinnamon is used not only in our food but also in hot water.
Ginger
Ginger is power ful anti- inflammatory. It is used ful for get relief from nausea in digestion.ginger can also help low blood pressure .reduce cholesterol level and improve blood circulations
clove
Clove have anti microbial properties .Not only we use it in our food, but its oil is used for pain relief.its reduce blood sugar level specially for diabetic patients and cloves also support for oral health and it can prevent heart diseases .
Mint
Paper mint has menthol .it's give us cooking effect .it's best for digestion specially for bloating and gas.after meal I have made mint and ginger tea .
my personal experience
When I made the herbal tea. it was made very easily.And all the ingredients put in it are all beneficial.When I drink herbal Tea my bloating and gas problem solved.The most important thing is to drink any herbal tea but in moderation.Especially in the time of Corona, we have drunk it a lot.Most of us drink this tea after meals.
Herbal storage: research the best way to herb store at home:take a picture of your storage method and explain why it's work.
Herbs are must in every house hold.i keep some common herbs like cumine,cinnamon powder, and dry mint leaves powder,at home so that I can get quickly relief for common ailments like headaches,cold,cough,fever.
There are two types of storage of herbs
fresh herbs storage
Fresh herbs are very delicate .it's keep in refrigerator. They should be kept in an airtight container or dum paper towel.So that it can stay fresh for some time.
In my house, I keep fresh herbs like mint leaves,coriander leaves covered in paper towels in the refrigerator.In this way, coriander leaves and mint remain fresh for a long time.
dry herbs storage //Tips
Is it necessary to use clean and dry container or jar to store dry herbs to prevent heat and moisture from getting in?another important thing is that herbs should be stored in cool place protect away from sun light .all the herbs are dried we can preserved and used long term.some herbs we can used grind it like mint.cardamon powder .
In my house I kept all the herbs in cool place .I have written the name of herbs in my jar .I don't have trouble finding them .

Add 1 table spoon of honey .then add squeezy of lemon .I am using small size of lemon.
.my home herbal tea is eady to drink .
Herbal infusion experiment :infuse two different herbs (one for digestion and one for stress)/ anxiety in water document the process duration and your thoughts on the end result.

Procedure and properties
Infusion process is very easy to prepare .bring one cup of water then add on 3/4 mint leaves in to a one glass of water then add one table spoon of lemon juice then add 1 table spoon of honey . We can drink this water only after an hour, but I drink it mostly after meal.I have used fresh mint .By keeping the mint in the
while in flushing overnight some water - soluble
Vitamins c and b.minerals and antioxidant released in water.
when I drink fusion water and my personal experience
It's natural healthy boosting drink .It also hydrates our body.mints is naturally menthol existed it's cool our body .and I feel reduce stress and anxiety and boost immune system .
My skin felt better after drinking it.its healthy and refreshing drink.lemon also boost immunity
Eliminates acidity and helps in digestion.But herbs everyone should use it in moderation.But not everything necessarily suits everyone.Therefore, you should also consult your doctor.
cardomon and ginger( stress /anxiety)fusion water
Bring one cup of water and add Cardamom and 2 slice of ginger in water All will be mixed by putting it in water.now add 1table spoon of honey .You can drink this water only after one hour, but I drink it after keeping it overnight then in the morning strain out the water .it's good for health .
