SLC26-W4 // "Brownies Cookies"

Thank you @mvchacin for sharing your baking experiences in form of another interesting clas which is all about brownie cookies so I am excited to share my experience while preparing the recipe in my easiest way.

Make brownie cookies

Ingredients

Chocolate cookies	2 small sized
Chocolate chips	Half cup
All purpose flour	5 spoon
Brown sugar	More than half cup
Melted butter	Half cup
Baking powder	Half teaspoon
Vanilla essence	Half teaspoon

I take a jar or mixer and add melted butter with chocolate chips, brown sugar and biscuit chunks and make a good mixture with it.

Then I add this mixture in a bowl where I need to prepare a dough for cookies so I add all purpose flour in it and also add baking powder in it.

I add vanilla essence for extra flavour and taste in it for preparing dough and mix all ingredients well.I covered the dough and keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour.

I grease pan with oil and paper for baking biscuits.

I made small balls of dough and give them shape of cookies and assemble them in pan.

Keep this pan in oven for 10 minutes and then they will be ready to serve.

This is final look of cookies decorated with melted chocolate and chocolate chips with identification mark.

What was the most difficult part of the recipe?

Most difficult part of any recipe is to add right proportions of ingredients because in baking if you add any ingredient in little or extra amount then they alter the final result of recipe completely that's why I always take care while adding ingredients during baking.
