I truly appreciate your entry and the efforts to made in completing the programs given in this class. This really shows that you value and love your body. You are starting on a journey that will benefit you throughout your live time. After watching your video and reading through your entry, below are my observations and recommendations
You recorded the video accordingly without editing it but you joined the 2 videos. You did the plank shoulder tap well even though your position and how the video was recorded didn't allow me to see if your butt aligned with your shoulder. But in any case, the number of taps are complete. As for the Burpee, you moved your arms instead of Kicking your legs back and I am glad you also observed it. Next time, just try to do it right, it is a challenge, challenge yourself through endurance.
Your response to the last 2 questions represent your experience. If you keep practicing, you will get used to these programs.
Your overall feelings are expect. With time and with consistency, you will surely achieve your fitness goals.
