Watching it being made at a samosa shop.

Whenever I go to the market, I feel like eating something spicy, but my husband always refuses. But I eat whatever I like. There was a shop nearby where samosas were being made. I asked my brother, he said that samosas cost 10 rupees, but he starts making them but takes 10 minutes. I watch him making them, and before packing them for us, he packs the chutney separately. After that, he also gives us two spoons, so the spoons are made of wood. Samosa vendors mostly use things made of wood and paper, so I wait for a while, I hope they can improve. The shop is small and they keep working hard to expand it.

जब भी मैं बाज़ार जाती हूँ, कुछ तीखा खाने का मन करता है, पर मेरे पति हमेशा मना कर देते हैं। पर मैं जो पसंद करती हूँ, खा लेती हूँ। पास ही एक दुकान थी जहाँ समोसे बन रहे थे। मैंने अपने भाई से पूछा, तो उसने बताया कि समोसे 10 रुपए के हैं, पर वो बनाना शुरू तो करता है, पर 10 मिनट में ही बन जाते हैं। मैं उसे समोसे बनाते हुए देखती हूँ, और हमारे लिए पैक करने से पहले, वो चटनी अलग से पैक करता है। उसके बाद, वो हमें दो चम्मच भी देता है, यानी चम्मच लकड़ी के बने होते हैं। समोसे वाले ज़्यादातर लकड़ी और कागज़ की चीज़ें इस्तेमाल करते हैं, तो मैं थोड़ा इंतज़ार करती हूँ, उम्मीद करती हूँ कि वो कुछ सुधार कर पाएँगे। दुकान छोटी है और वो इसे बढ़ाने के लिए लगातार मेहनत कर रहे हैं।
