SLC S21W4/ Juegos didácticos para un mejor aprendizaje.
This is here I am showing going to show you guys a creative step by step illustration of this game along final result.
My project or game "Target a pencil" Game |
---|
Materials that are required |
---|
Nothing is rare or unavailable to children of age in between 4-12 years so I have choosed children of age 4,age 9 and age 10 and almost every child of this age group have an easy access to lead pencils or pencil colors.✏️So basic materials are very easy.
• If someone is judging children like me as an instructor then I can also choose a timer but it's optional.(Through timer I can check that which child have targeted most of pencils in little time and then I can select that child as winner of game).
• First step was to gather materials (5-6 pencils).
• A flat floor.
Placing pencils at flat surface |
---|
• I place pencils at flat surface simply and then I choosed any one pencil through which I have to target other pencils without moving other pencils which are not my target.
Keeping the pencils closer in each attempt |
---|
• I repeated a process to decrease space in between all pencils at each turn of playing this targeted game.
Result |
---|
• As an outcome, finally I have seen a successful pickup of target pencil from children to which I taught this game.
Definitely "Target a pencil" is really one of most easiest game for children of 4,9,10 ages and not only this,it's also one of most purposeful and educational game about which I am going to talk here;
Response |
---|
The educational game "Target a pencil" major or primary aims is to teach;
- Hand-eye coordination improvement for children when they focus through their eyes to see their targeted pencil and move their hands in response to their visual feedback.
- Fine motor skills improvement as their fine muscles work in this game, like their hand muscles.
- Concentration improvement because of development of their focus at set target.
- Patience development when they control that no any other pencil should move except their targeted ones.
Values |
---|
- Enhancement of perseverance
- Improvement in self-control
- Precision making
Educational objectives |
---|
• Development of most precise and controlled movement skills.
• Improvement of hand-eye coordination.
• Fostering a sense of l concentration and attention among children or game participants.
• Teaching children that how to manage feelings of frustration and perseverance and how to gain self control.
So it's an interactive tool for development of interaction, engagement, fine motor skills, coordination, learning and self control skills.
Here is a step by step simple procedure to play this game properly.
• Choose a flat and smooth surface of your choice and keep 6-8 pencils there.
• Choose any one pencil from them so that you can target pencils one by one by the help of this choosed pencil.
• Carefully, target each pencil one by one without moving any other pencil. If any other pencil will move except targeted ones then you will be out of game.
• Repeat to target all pencils one by one.
• Choose winner on basis of targeted pencil (Which will target most pencils without being out) or at time base (Which will target most pencils in 40 seconds).
This was new game for all these three children so they were excited to know from me that how pencils can also be used to play a game because they were saying that they never played a game with pencil. They were saying that we are excited to play a game with pencils so before starting the game it was enjoyable for them to play it so as they were passionate in start that's why I maintain their energy level till end.
Above you can see that these three are game participants and this was an individual game ,was not a group game so every one have to play it independently so first I need to guide them about the game.
I guide them that in this way I will keep colors at ground by spacing them little but equally and then I will place a pencil perpendicular at these pencils and then I will choose one pencil to make a target to pencil Which is perpendicular to all other pencils.
While, targeting I will make sure that no other pencils should move except the targeted ones.At my instructions they all were laughing as they were excited to play it,but little one from them was much naughty as you can see him in picture.
This is me giving instructions to them.So after finalising my instructions I asked them to perform one by one so through coin tossing first turn was of little kid who was of 4 years and he was out of game at his first attempt.
After that 9 years old girl named sabiha played the game and after targeting 2 pencils in 45 seconds she was out.
I have 45 seconds to 10 years old kid then to target minimum of 3 pencils in this time so it was great that in 38 seconds he targeted 3 pencils and this was super to know that he had a great eye-hand coordination and great fine motor skills too.I congratulate him at success and this is final picture with winner.
Last time,he was angry with his sister that she chest her in tug of war but this time her sister was angry at me that I don't choosed her as winner.Well, after that I sort of the matter by giving one chocolate to each participant and then everyone was happy so it was a good experience overall for all of us.
Above you can see picture after sort out of all matter 😅.....That's all about an entertaining and learning experience of game.
Special invitation to @goodybest,@adeljose,@rmm31,@lhorgic to participate |

Salam sister,
You have chosen a very good game for children to exercise mentally and physically according to their age.
