SLC S26W3 : Savory appetizer
I am happy to participate in this challenge which is all about savory appetizer so let me share my knowledge about it as well my today's recipe.

Chicken pieces (250 g) |

Ginger garlic paste (Half teaspoon) |

Soy sauce (1 tablespoon) |

Red chilli powder(3 pinch) |

Black pepper powder (4 pinch) |

White vinegar (1 tablespoon) |
---|
Salt (Half teaspoon) |

Lime colour (3-4 pinch) |
---|
BBQ spices (1 teaspoon) |

Add dry spices containing red chilli, black pepper,salt,lime colour in chicken.
Add soy sauce and vinegar as wet ingredients in marination of chicken.
By using a spatula or hands mix all ingredients well with chicken, ideally for marination using hands is more suitable.
After marinating chicken for two hours take a pan and add marinated chicken with 1 tablespoon oil in it.
Let it cook from both sides for 5 minutes.When you feel that chicken is sticking with pan then add 3-4 spoons of water and cover it with lid.Let it cook for 15 min at medium to low flame.Now chicken is soft juicy and cooked and ready to serve but we will cook it for one minute in oil for making it crispy from outside.
Chicken bites are ready to serve with my favourite chilli garlic sauce.
Savory appetizers are food containing different flavours depending upon type of appetizer you are enjoying and these are used to stimulate hunger before having primary meals.Important characteristic of savory meals is that they are not sweet in taste usually so these are mostly spicy or salted foods that could be served in little or bulk quantities.

√ Chicken mini sandwich.

√ Sea food (Finger fish).
Appetizers should be usually served in little quantity.When our stomach gets a little quantity of food then it gets ready to produce natural hydrochloric acid important for digestion so appetizer should only be used for hunger stimulation not for filling stomach properly.So appetizers should be maximum of 6 bites and minimum of 1 bite.I normally whenever take appetizers then I enjoy it in three bites that prepare my stomach for enjoying main food as well it let me enjoy flavourful food in form of appetizers in three bites.
