It totally depends on the area. Both villas and building rentals do fine. However in a building it is important to get consent from your neighbors as they may experience some inconvenience at times if guests are noisy. Steem on!
It's true. It all depends on the area. I suppose anything can be a great investment, it just depends on the circumstances.. I also posted my latest post on wealth at around the same time you replied :P Chat soon and Steem on!
