First Amazon Prime airplane debuts in Seattle after secret night flight

Just my thinking of Amazon's long term plan.

Build Airplanes to transfer good between distribution centers
Expand Amazon Flex delivery program to deliver goods
Reduce or elimnate the use of outside carriers (Like UPS and the USPS)
