As the founder and chief executive of WebPower in Tunisia and WebPower USA in Los Angeles, she has guided companies through the demands of modern digital transformation and helped entrepreneurs navigate complex, competitive markets. Her work and influence continue to grow across the United States, Asia, North Africa and beyond, earning her recognition as the first Tunisian woman to join the Forbes Business Council and as one of the Leaders of Influence in the Los Angeles Business Journal. Recognized internationally, Ines Nasri is a Tunisian entrepreneur and speaker based in the United States whose work bridges technology and business strategy. She has built a global reputation for guiding organizations to use modern digital tools effectively, earning accolades such as inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who.
Her path began in Tunis, where she developed a strong interest in both computers and business strategy. She earned an engineering degree in computer science from Tunis El Manar University in May 2004 and graduated first in her cohort. Shortly after graduating, she strengthened her understanding of business development through training at the Practical School of Commerce organized by the Tunisia Chamber of Commerce. This early experience introduced her to the fundamentals of commercial practices and business creation and helped shape the foundation she would later use as an entrepreneur.
In 2006, she traveled to the United States to complete an MBA internship at Tennessee State University. During this period, she focused on subjects related to marketing, the use of the internet by different population segments, and consumer behavior online. The experience allowed her to observe how American businesses approached technology and change. After this internship, she continued her academic development with a master's degree in entrepreneurship and innovation management at the Tunisian National School of Engineering. She completed her degree in July 2007 and once again ranked first in her class.
As part of her academic research, she returned to Tennessee State University, where she conducted her master's thesis in the College of Business. She worked under the guidance of Dr Jeffrey Sam Siekpe and Dr Sharon Thach. Her research examined how students used the internet, and she relied on surveys and focus groups to understand their online behavior. She also participated in workshops, seminars and activities organized by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce and joined projects inside the local business incubator. Through these programs, she worked directly with startups and helped in training activities that supported new business creation.
Ines continued building her skills long after her graduation. She completed the United States State Department TechWomen program in 2014, during which she trained at Adobe Systems in San Francisco and San Jose. Her work there involved themes related to machine learning, digital marketing and agile methods. In December 2017, she joined the HIVE leadership program in Los Angeles, where she studied global leadership and social impact. She also earned a World Bank Certificate of Distinction for her work on the Future of Work. Along with this, she took additional courses on LinkedIn Learning that covered Scrum at an advanced level, body language for leaders, critical thinking, and team creativity. She also completed ISO training for executives and a negotiation program for sales teams through the MAP Organization in Tunis in 2011.
Her professional career reached a new stage in 2007 when she launched WebPower in Tunisia. At that time, digital marketing was still emerging in many regions, and businesses were beginning to realize how important online visibility had become. Ines shaped her agency around branding, search engine optimization, online reputation management and early methods of artificial intelligence in marketing. The company grew and gained a strong reputation among businesses that wanted reliable digital support and measurable results. Among Webpower’s clients are prestigious companies from telecommunications, banks, as well as government institutions, including ministries.
In 2019, Ines expanded her work to the United States, where she established WebPower USA in Los Angeles. The company focuses on digital transformation and brand development for businesses entering the American market. Many international entrepreneurs seek her guidance when they want to understand how to adapt their products and services to a new environment. Through WebPower USA, she has helped clients build market strategies, create strong online identities and understand the expectations of United States-based customers. One of these is the Online Growth Accelerator, which offers a structured method for scaling companies through stronger branding and digital improvement. She`s also leading the development of an online audit software that operates as a software service tool to examine websites and social media performance. Another initiative she launched is the Business Booster Program Grant, supported by the United States State Department, which assists international entrepreneurs who want to expand their work into the United States.
Her interest in education and team development inspired her to create The Digital Academy, which serves as an internal training program for employees in Tunisia and the United States. The academy provides weekly sessions that focus on communication skills, technical improvement and English language development. These sessions include technical training and training in pronunciation, writing, and professional behavior, which help her team stay ahead in a competitive digital environment.
