Yes lick on the "Go" tab on the individual tribe and you will be taken to it.
Tribes are like "mini-steemit's" - you can read about them here. Any further questions just message I'd be happy to answer them.
Tribes are different front ends designed to keep subjects sorted by content.. all the arrows are "tribes"
