True that. This is the wild wild west. I hate to think of the people that overextended themselves and got into hard times because of a scam. It makes me feel bad. Most of the time as you say a little research would have prevented it. Otherwise I like to go by 'if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is'
I like both of those. Also at least considering... What if it disappeared tomorrow. If I can face that...
