Precious Oysters

Kusshi oysters from Columbia was exceptionally fresh, having such a succulent and clean flavor to it that many other oysters does not.

The word kusshi means "precious" in Japanese and these look exactly that ;)

These can be found as an off-menu item, ordered at Hinata Sushi in San Diego, California during their omakase course.
