FOODS THAT HELP TO CONCENTRATE - ENGLISH VERSION

When I was in school it was difficult for me to concentrate and I think I saw myself before going to school or what I would have stayed in practice I think it would have gone better.

Did you know that there are foods that help us concentrate? I honestly had no idea and I want to tell you that these are the foods that help us with memory.

The ideas of how to combine them and make a meal that will help you with your memory and remember many things.

Eggs and avocados

Eating sleeveless eggs more awake than the protein that in turn have to help us be alert and avocado, helps our body absorb nutrients with ease.

Banana:

The banana is one of the foods or fruits that I eat most often, since it helps the brain to work healthily and to produce certain substances that are related to concentration and is a source of energy and is rich in potassium.

Nuts and yogurt.

Walnuts have natural fat that are good for concentration but you should not abuse it either, it is recommended to eat them in small quantities, and another thing that is good for the functioning of our brain is natural yogurt since it gives us a lot of energy.
