1 6 oz. can Tomato paste, no salt added
Condiments
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Soy sauce or tamari, low sodium
Pasta & Grains
1 cup Quinoa, dried
Baking & Spices
3 Black pepper, twists fresh
2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Paprika, smoked
1 pinch Red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
3 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
1 1/2 tsp Cumin
Beer, Wine & Liquor
2 tbsp Cooking wine, red
Liquids
1 cup Water
