There are YT tutorials for that also. In the YT search bar just type in ~ filming with your phone ~ and look for a video that applies to your phone (iPhone, Android, etc)

Another tutorial I like is this one. What he did in the video description was to list the time for each subject. So to reference a subject you go to "show more" and click on the blue time stamps to go straight to the footage you want/need without going through the rest.
