Designing a Blockchain Agnostic Platform is a way to go. Going multi-blockchain could be challenging but i assure project can sustain and respond to users quickly. While it can be ressource consuming to go multi-blockchain, I do believe focusing in DPoS Chains like Steem, EOS or TRON is a winning proposition for making Busy vision happen as describe.
