Depth of Field is one such topic on which the beauty of the photo depends. It does not really answer the depth of field. Actually there is no arrangement for measuring the depth of field. Generally speaking, trying to convey the matter. Focus on a point when you take pictures. That point is most obvious. The more likely it is to blur the distance from that point to the other. But there is a difference.butterfly.jpg

As you have taken a picture of a flower from a distance, another flower or leaf in a few inches distance is blurred. Again, you picked a picture of a hut in the open field, and there was no flurry of trees or sky. From these two examples, the depth of the field can be identified, the first example is the depth of field less, the next example is more of the depth of field. You can ask which one is good. There is no correct answer. When you take a picture of a butterfly sitting on a flower, you should only see flowers and butterflies clearly, everything outside will be blurred. Blurred issues make the subject matter clear as an obscure background. So, in this case, the low depth of field is good.
In the next example, if the sky or distant trees are blurred, then the picture will not be complete. In that case, more depth of field is convenient. However, for landscapes, you can find different types of pictures by decreasing the depth of field. So you have to use the depth of field less or more, there is no conviction. Looking at the subject of the picture, you have to decide what you want.

Aperture and depth of field

If you want more than the depth of field or want less, how to fix it? The easiest way to change the aperture. The smaller the aperture (the higher the value) the depth of the field. Many said that the use of F / 22 for landscapes would be used. Use F / 5.6 or more (less in number) to lower depth of field.
Lenses and depth of field The focal length of the lens affects the depth of the field. The lower the focal length, the greater the depth of the field. For example, the depth of field found in the FM 8/8 aperture of 55mm lens can be found in 200 mm lens in the same aperture. Because of that, less focal length lenses are more suitable for landscape photography.
Distance and depth of field The distance from the camera to the subject is as much as the depth of field. When you get an image from a flower near you, you will get very less depth of field, when you get it from the distance, you will not get it. So take a look at the depth of field to get a good picture. Take a look at the same pictures by moving them to different settings. You can get exactly what you want at one time.
